The idea of the “why did the chicken cross the road?” joke being based on reality plus any time you can put a lawyer into a joke mean comedy gold. Lawyers are salesman at the heart of it. They bill for everything and they dole out advice (good or not)in hopes that someone will pay for it. The chicken is no exception. In this case the chicken needed the advice, but what the chicken failed to ask his lawyer was what to do on the other side once he got there.
