snowman-fallingBob Frost lost his job at the icicle factory a couple months ago due to the economic down turn.  The first month of living off the government went fine but then he thought he might be able to put what he knew about snow into good use and open a snowball retail business.  He went to his basement and found the biggest box he could find.  He tipped it over and with a magic marker he drew his sign on the box.  It wasn’t long before the whole town was coming to Frost for all their snowball needs.  “There are a million household uses!”  Frost was once heard saying to a elderly woman.

Soon competition rolled into the neighborhood.  Phillip Ice Chest had found his own box in his own basement and had his own sign.  Worst of all he had his own lawyer Daniel Pennypinch esq.  Mr. Pennypinch first came to the Frost’s store and demanded that Mr. Frost sign a non-compete agreement and close his doors right away.  Then after threats with a blow dryer when Mr. Frost agreed and signed the non-compete, Mr. Pennypinch handed Mr. Frost with a bill for the time it took to service this agreement.

It never occurred to Mr. Frost to throw a snowball at Mr. Pennypinch.
