If you are going to send a bounced check it might as well be on time. Actually, maybe a dead beat is better off dragging his feat as long as possible. It leads to less hassles and free rent.

At least if your bounced check is on time it shows that you made effort and you were aware of your responsibility. I forgot to draw in a xbox in this cartoon…then it would look like my apartment….jk

I keep coming back to this and laughing. I like how obvious it is that he has absolutely nothing to do, and yet he can’t even make time to just write a bad check, and carries it so far as if to say, “I was going to write you a bad check, now, even that is questionable…” I like the beach ball off to the side, like can you imagine this guy going to the beach, also like the rotary phone, dont see many of those anymore.

I like the darts on the wall — and no dartboard in sight. That and the lamp with no lampshade — but it’s unplugged anyway. Not that he notices. Not that he notices anything but the TV. But maybe he didn’t call the landlord, I bet the landlord called him.
